Cole has spent his career working across commercial brokerage, property management, investment sales, development, site selection, and real estate operations. That range of experience gives him a practical perspective on real estate and helps him look beyond just getting a deal closed.
He has worked with office, industrial, retail, land, multifamily, and investment properties, helping owners, investors, businesses, and tenants with acquisitions, sales, leasing, development opportunities, and long-term real estate decisions.
One of the things that shapes Cole's approach is his experience on the ownership and operations side of real estate. He understands that a property is more than a purchase price or lease rate. It has to operate well, serve the people using it, and make sense over the long term.
Cole has overseen hundreds of commercial and multifamily units while managing teams and day-to-day real estate operations. Cole is one of the few commercial real estate professionals in East Texas to hold the prestigious SIOR designation as an Office Specialist — a recognition reserved for professionals who have demonstrated a high level of experience, professionalism, ethics, and performance in the industry. He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Alabama, with specializations in Real Estate and Professional Sales.

Cole and his family live in Flint, Texas. Away from work, he enjoys time on the lake with his family, bird hunting, fly fishing, and watching the Alabama Crimson Tide.
