About This Build
Ihrig Properties is an East Texas commercial real estate firm based in Tyler, Texas. The website needed to do more than introduce the company. It needed to support active brokerage and leasing work, present commercial property listings clearly, explain a broad service offering, and give owners, investors, tenants, developers, and businesses a straightforward way to understand where Ihrig Properties fits.
The project was organized around those jobs.
The site separates firm information from commercial intent through dedicated service, listing, property management, company, and contact paths. Commercial listings live on the Ihrig Properties domain rather than existing only on a third-party marketplace, giving each active property a first-party detail page with its own description, property facts, images, broker information, and inquiry path.
The search foundation was also built around clear entity, service, property-type, and East Texas market signals so search engines and AI systems can understand the firm, its people, its services, and its inventory without relying on vague marketing language.

- A property management section connected to the AppFolio tenant experience.
- Search-focused titles, metadata, internal linking, structured data, XML sitemaps, RSS support, and machine-readable site references.
- Google Tag Manager integration to support analytics and conversion measurement.
- A statically rendered Astro front end deployed on Vercel, with Keystatic used to manage editable listing content.
The result is a website that functions as both the firm's primary digital presence and a first-party source of information about current East Texas commercial real estate opportunities.

Results and Outcomes
The project created a stronger publishing foundation for Ihrig Properties.
Instead of depending entirely on third-party commercial real estate platforms to describe active properties, Ihrig Properties can publish detailed property information on its own domain. Current inventory can be organized by transaction type and property type, while individual listing pages provide enough context for buyers, tenants, investors, search engines, and AI systems to understand what is being offered.
The site also establishes clear first-party information about Cole Ihrig, SIOR, Maggie Ihrig, the firm's services, its Tyler headquarters, and its broader East Texas focus. Search-oriented service and property-type pages give the site room to answer more specific commercial real estate questions without forcing every topic through one general services page.
Its technical structure supports canonical URLs, clean redirects from legacy HTML pages, structured data, hand-built sitemaps, listing feeds, and machine-readable references.
