Cole Ihrig, SIOR, is the founder and broker of Ihrig Properties, a full-service real estate company based in Tyler, Texas, serving clients throughout East Texas.

Cole has spent his career working across commercial brokerage, property management, investment sales, development, site selection, and real estate operations. That range of experience gives him a practical perspective on real estate and helps him look beyond just getting a deal closed.

Cole is one of the few commercial real estate professionals in East Texas to hold the prestigious SIOR designation as an Office Specialist — a recognition reserved for professionals who have demonstrated a high level of experience, professionalism, ethics, and performance in the industry. He earned his degree in Finance from the University of Alabama, with specializations in Real Estate and Professional Sales.

Maggie Ihrig brings 10 years of corporate and technology sales experience, firsthand real estate investment experience, and a strong connection to East Texas to her work at Ihrig Properties.

Before moving into real estate full time, Maggie built her career in corporate sales, including her time with Dell Technologies. There, she worked closely with clients on complex purchasing decisions, relationship management, and finding solutions that made sense for their business. That experience translates naturally to real estate.

Maggie understands how important communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are when someone is making a major financial decision. She takes the time to understand what her clients are trying to accomplish and works to make the process as clear and organized as possible.

Her real estate experience also goes beyond helping clients buy and sell property. Maggie has spent years involved in personal real estate investment, renovation, and improvement projects, gaining firsthand experience with renovations, project management, design decisions, budgeting, and preparing properties to perform well in the market.
