Maggie Ihrig

Maggie Ihrig brings 10 years of corporate and technology sales experience, firsthand real estate investment experience, and a strong connection to East Texas to her work at Ihrig Properties. She works across residential, commercial, and investment real estate — a broader residential component than the rest of the firm's primarily commercial focus.

Before moving into real estate full time, Maggie built her career in corporate sales, including her time with Dell Technologies. There, she worked closely with clients on complex purchasing decisions, relationship management, and finding solutions that made sense for their business. That experience translates naturally to real estate.

Maggie understands how important communication, follow-through, and attention to detail are when someone is making a major financial decision. She takes the time to understand what her clients are trying to accomplish and works to make the process as clear and organized as possible.

Her real estate experience also goes beyond helping clients buy and sell property. Maggie has spent years involved in personal real estate investment, renovation, and improvement projects, gaining firsthand experience with renovations, project management, design decisions, budgeting, and preparing properties to perform well in the market.

At Ihrig Properties, Maggie works with clients across residential, commercial, and investment real estate throughout East Texas, helping buyers, sellers, investors, property owners, and businesses with purchases, sales, leasing, and investment opportunities.

Whether she is helping a family find the right home, preparing a property for sale, working with an investor on an opportunity, or helping a business evaluate a location, Maggie wants her clients to feel informed and comfortable throughout the process.

She is known for being responsive, detail-oriented, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in helping her clients make good decisions. Maggie is a graduate of the University of Alabama.
